As a combat veteran spending more than 10 years in the military, I learned elite leadership is the foundation of any organization. A wide range of organizations such as the military, universities, corporate organizations, churches & conference organizers brings Terrell Tarver in to help executive teams lead change, enhance communication with stakeholders & bridge the internal silos to increase connection, capability & outcomes.
Terrell works with c-suite executives, military leaders, entrepreneurs, sales managers, emerging leaders & experts to develop their teams' soft-skill, enhancing their objective and vision.
Additionally, Terrell's 10-year military experience reflects demonstrated success leading people and directing strategic operations, logistics, and training for multiple, large-scale programs with multi-million dollar budgets and 200+ employees. Recognized as a trusted advocate with a passion for helping others grow and become stronger in the face of adversity. Consistently acknowledged by both senior leadership and peers for his dedication, professionalism, integrity, and positive demeanor.
