Renee Washington is a reporter, motivational speaker, entrepreneur and author. She has founded her own organization, Planted, not Buried through which she strives to empower, educate, and inspire through events and outreach. Through PNB she is currently working on several books that coincide with the messages of her organization.

Renee has spoken at a variety of events as a host, moderator, keynote speaker, and panelist discussing sports, adversity, and being a minority.

As a sideline reporter and analyst with ESPN she covers men's and women's college athletics. She works with Fox Sports covering the Washington Mystics and Wizards where she hosts a show called "Beyond the Headlines with Renee Washington". 

Over the years, she has worked on-air covering the MLS, NFL, NBA, WNBA, NLL, and college athletics. Prior to her career in broadcasting, Renee was a three-time all-American and Hall of Fame soccer player at La Salle, which led to an opportunity to play with Sky Blue FC (now Gotham FC) in the NWSL
