Joshua is the managing director of beltway.media, a D.C.-based media and communications consulting firm. Prior to launching beltway.media, Joshua worked as a multimedia journalist with The Hill newspaper covering the full scope of federal policy issues and multiple election cycles.
As a consultant, Joshua worked with both the public and private sectors including startups at all stages to refine their messaging and connect with their different audiences including customers and investors. At the federal level, Joshua modernized, rebranded, wrote, and relaunched multiple agency websites to optimally engage diverse stakeholders.
