Dr. John loblack - Biography

As a graduate of the school of “Hard Knocks,” John learned to appreciate the value of hard work and perseverance. With his single mother as the “principal,” he understood at an early age that a sound education would be his ticket to a meaningful life.

John has experience as an elementary school, middle school, and high school teacher, a career college instructor, a university campus dean, a training and development professional, a confidence coach, and a Nonprofit Board Governance consultant.

John holds a doctoral degree in organizational leadership, a master’s degree in human resource management, an undergraduate degree in sociology, and a diploma in mass communication. He is also a Leadership Practice Inventory (LPI) coach, a Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Center Certified Leadership Coach, and a Certified Succession Planning and Talent Development Facilitator.

At present, John is the Director of Training and Professional Development at the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Suncoast.
