Jill Stansbury is a mindfulness facilitator that has a background in school leadership and administration. She has studied spiritual traditions centered around meditation for the last 25 years with Hindu, Buddhist, and secular mindfulness teachers. She is recognized as a Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction Program facilitator through The Mindfulness Center at Brown University– a program that teaches participants scientifically-based ways to transform their relationships with discomfort, difficulty, despair, and joy.
She takes her leadership background and combines it with the practice of mindfulness to help individuals and teams focus on their strengths and learn additional ways to develop wellness in their business, family, and school lives. This process allows for people to understand the value of a world that works for us all.
