Working as a teenager in the world of carnivals, Jeff Katz learned quickly the value of hard work and effort. Raised in a blue collar Philadelphia neighborhood, Jeff would serve as a police officer in his hometown, before trading in his badge. He entered the rough and tumble world of professional wrestling where his carney education came in handy and would eventually go on to become a nationally recognized broadcaster and speaker.
For three decades he’s consistently been ranked as among the best broadcasters in the world, but his true passion has always been service. Volunteering as a police peer counselor and board certified mental health coach, Jeff’s servant heart is on full display. His stories of overcoming tremendous obstacles resonate with every audience. His personal favorite keynote addresses are “Why Would Anyone Do That Job?” which provides much needed support for law enforcement officers and “Julia’s Quest For Cookies” which shares, in heart wrenching detail, the struggles and accomplishments of his severely disabled daughter. If you attend that quest for cookies speech be prepared to laugh out loud but also pack some tissues, because there are a few tears to be shed, as well.
