JANINE HAMNER Holman - Biography

Janine Hamner Holman is an internationally recognized speaker, organizational development consultant, bestselling author, and expert on what it takes to attract and retain world-class talent, non-profit management, organizational culture change and development, conscious leadership, leading in a virtual workplace, diversity equity inclusion & belonging (DEI&B), psychological safety at work, and emotional intelligence.

 

As CEO of the J&J Consulting Group, Janine brings more than 30 years’ experience to the stage for her consulting, workshops, keynote speaking, and trainings. Janine uses scientifically validated strategies and tools to build high performance teams, enhance organizational functioning, and develop organizations and leaders with whom everyone wants to work.

 

After completing school at NYU where she double majored in English and Political Science, Janine has gone on to earn a Certification from Cornell University in the Psychology of Leadership, is a SHRM-CP and SHRM certified in Inclusive Cultures, is a Certified Partnership Practitioner, a Certified Practitioner in Emotional Intelligence, a Certified Coach, and a Certified Partner with Culture Talk. She’s a former member of the Forbes Coaches Council and a current member of the Advisory Council for the Harvard Business Review.

 

She was recently featured by LA Weekly as one of the Top 10 List of Trailblazing Entrepreneurs Who Are Redefining Success in 2023, was a shortlisted nominee for the Inspirational Women Forum and Leadership Awards from the LA Times, and won the Outstanding Leadership Award at the CXO 2.0 Conference for her outstanding work in the area of Leadership.

 

She was the final Keynote Speaker at the US Navy’s Inaugural Summit on Diversity, has been a keynote speaker at four different events for the County of San Diego, and has been a speaker at events for dozens of organizations, including Engie, SHRM, Inter-American Development Bank, The Fresno Leadership Institute, the Toll Roads, EP Wealth Advisors, the Port of Los Angeles, UWS, PIHRA, The Fletcher School at Tufts University, Vistage, Waste Management, the Exchange, the Davenport Institute, and the University of Southern California (USC). 

 

She is the author of the newly released book, Mind the Gap: Lessons in 21st Century Conscious Leadership, as well as a contributing author to the bestselling books Mission Matters: World's Leading Entrepreneurs Reveal Their Top Tips To Success (Business Leaders Vol. 8, Edition 7) and On the Shoulders of Mighty Women. She is also host of the hit podcast, The Cost of Not Paying Attention.
