“If better is possible, good is not enough.” More than just an empty motto, these words have come to define Euran Daniels’ full-fledged, all-or-nothing commitment to all his life’s endeavors. Whether building companies, serving his North Carolina community, or advocating for higher education, Mr. Daniels aims to deliver the best to serve as many members of his community as possible.

Mr. Daniels’ drive to serve with excellence is seemingly written into his DNA, apparent as it was from a young age. At age 10, he started his own video production company, Reflections Video. Recording weddings, fashion shows, and other small events quickly transformed from a hobby to a business venture. By age 13, his videotaping business had gained traction across Wilmington and the surrounding areas. At age 15, Black Entertainment Television (BET)’s Teen Summit and Coca-Cola recognized his achievements as a high-performing teen. Boosted by the national recognition, Mr. Daniels immediately transitioned from smaller projects to larger scope projects in film and television. He is credited with producing his own teen television talk show, Teens -N- Progress, designed to bring youth together to discuss issues they face daily.

Today, Mr. Daniels has expanded his impact to two additional businesses, advising, professional speaking, writing, and philanthropy. Driven by an entrepreneurial zeal that has only intensified since his childhood, Mr. Daniels formed two additional companies, Daniels Creative Consulting LLC and Daniels Tours LLC. Through his consulting company, he offers event/strategic, project management, and computer networking consulting and has partnered with many state and federal credit unions to establish better banking solutions for clients worldwide. Through his transportation company, he manages daily operations in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Virginia. He has provided transportation for clients such as Live Nation, the Democratic National Convention, Hillary for America, Cirque Du Soleil, “A-List” artists, the U.S. Department of Defense, the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff, and many college and professional athletic teams. Honoring Mr. Daniels’ commitment to serving others through all his endeavors, Daniels Tours also served on the evacuation transportation teams for Hurricanes Katrina and Florence.

Reflections Video, known today as Daniels Production Company LLC, also continues to thrive and has been involved in productions that have reached individuals worldwide. Mr. Daniels is credited as Executive Producer of “The Port City Gospel Explosion” and “The Port City Step-Off.” He has also contributed to numerous production teams that have captured artists such as Bishop G. E. Patterson, Martha Munizzi, Fred Hammond, Shirley Caesar, and the Tommies Reunion. Mr. Daniels also contributed in multiple capacities to the overall production of “There’s My Angel,” a Wake Media film produced in Raleigh, North Carolina in 2016.

In addition to his success as an entrepreneur, Mr. Daniels has also left a footprint in corporate America. During his 14-year career at IBM, Mr. Daniels held several leadership and project management positions worldwide. He is most noted for establishing the support infrastructure for DaimlerChrysler, under which more than 5,000 dealerships operated in the early 2000s.

Mr. Daniels shares his hard-earned experience and insights for the benefit of his community through his service on a number of executive advisory boards. Currently, he serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Wilmington Chamber of Commerce, the Cameron School of Business Executive Advisory Board for the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, the UNC-Wilmington Campaign Cabinet, the Cape Fear Community College Foundation Board, the American Bus Association Top 100 Advisory Board, the North Carolina Motor Coach Association, and more.

Nearest to his heart are Mr. Daniel’s philanthropic endeavors. A long-time advocate for higher education, he supports many educational institutions across the region and has partnered with educational institutions and foundations throughout his career in an effort to reach youth worldwide. Mr. Daniels is most noted for establishing a scholarship endowment at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington for minority students wishing to pursue a career in business. At the time of the creation of the endowment, he was noted as the youngest philanthropist to establish an endowment in the history of the University.

Mr. Daniels has also shared his business and personal insights through various forms of media. In 2021, he became an award-winning author with his contribution to the anthology Business Success Secrets. The book has earned numerous awards since its release, including a USA Today Best Seller, Wall Street Journal Best Seller, and 2021 Readers Favorite Award. He has appeared on a number of television shows, including CNN Talkback Live, BET’s Teen Summit, and BET’s Screen Scene. Profiles on Mr. Daniels’ success have also been featured in numerous publications worldwide.

Mr. Daniels’ heart for service is rooted in his strong Christian faith. Mr. Daniels is a member of Wake Chapel Church in Raleigh, North Carolina. He is also currently a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated. His most prestigious titles are husband to Caroletta Daniels and father to John and Maya Baker.
