candice ruggiero - Biography

Candice Ruggiero has lived in three countries—the Philippines, Australia, and the USA—gaining valuable experience as an educator, mentor, leader, former school owner, and speaker. She owned and managed two schools in the Philippines. In the U.S., she earned two master's degrees: an M.S. in Education and an M.S. in Educational Leadership, both from New York. With 30 years dedicated to the field of education, Candice has held leadership roles including team leader, administrative intern, and member of the assistant principal pool.

Candice believes that "everything we learned in life, we learned as students." This mindset transformed her career path and led her to become a motivational speaker. She has inspired students, their families, teachers, and community members, and she aims to inspire and impact more lives through her thoughts, ideas, words, and actions.

Her journey took a transformative turn after the death of her husband in September 2023. This profound experience became a defining moment, leading her to focus deeply on self-care, self-love, and discovering her self-worth. Attaining her authenticity in the face of adversity has become the driving force behind her speaking career.



Candice is also the host of the "Intentional Excellence: Elevate Your Life" podcast. In this podcast, Candice shares insights, strategies, and personal stories to help listeners achieve their fullest potential. Each episode focuses on themes such as resilience, goal-setting, self-discovery, and overcoming adversity, offering practical advice and inspiration to elevate every aspect of life.
