With nearly three decades of experience in urban education, I am a proud recipient of the national Milken Educator Award, also known as the Oscars of Teaching, which honors exceptional educators who have made a lasting impact on student achievement and school culture.

As a Caribbean immigrant and first generation college graduate, I serve to empower our youth and future leaders to be the change they wish to see in the world.

My core competencies include SEL, content and course development, strengths development, leadership development, staff development, instructional coaching, community development, and mentoring. As a servant leader, I am passionate about serving communities through a science-backed SEL lens that fosters positive relationships, resilience, interdependence, and empowerment. 

I leverage my skills and expertise to create and deliver high-quality content and training that help participants discover and maximize their strengths, potential, and performance. As a change agent, my mission is to challenge, support, and inspire global citizens to transform their communities and permanently shift trajectories through compassionate, strengths-based approaches.
