Britt Brandon - Biography

Helping people transform their bodies and lives through nutrition, fitness, self-care, self-love, healthy mindset habits, and simple lifestyle changes is my passion, and I’ve worked with over 10,000 clients worldwide to do just that! Partnering with Simon and Schuster to publish 23 health books and being featured in amazing publications like InStyle, FitnessMagazine.com, O Magazine, and Oprah.com kickstarted an incredible speaking career that has allowed me to share my passion for fitness, nutrition, holistic healing, and improving so many aspects of health ranging from improving energy, solving sleeplessness, combatting depression and anxiety, correcting chronic conditions and diseases, resetting dysfunctional systems, and helping in addiction recovery, pre- and post-natal health, hormonal balancing, and (of course!) weight-loss.


 I’ve even had the amazing opportunity to share my personal stories of surviving domestic violence and thriving as a single parent. There is no better feeling than helping my audience members succeed in mastering new areas of their lives through health & wellness (mind, body, and spirit!), and that is my life's mission!
