ASSERTIVE NOT AGGRESSIVE
When people converse in clear, honest, and direct ways and respect the feelings and thoughts of others, the communication becomes the foundation for strong, healthy relationships that can withstand conflict and problems. Assertive communication is a skill that can be learned, but for many people, it takes practice. There are specific communication techniques that enhance managing the challenges of working with and living with others.
BUILDING TEAMWORK
Whoever said sticks and stones can break my bones but words will never hurt me didn’t live in today’s business world. Effective communication is key to building teamwork even during tough times. Participants will walk away from this session knowing what to say and when to say it.
DO IT, DUMP IT OR DELEGATE IT
We all have things in our personal and/or professional lives that we “tolerate”, "put up with" that can really bring us down. It’s time to make decisions. Take those negative things off your frustration list. Learn how to take accountability for your choices and live a stress-free life.

Every generation has its unique differences. The youngest generation is far different from the oldest living generation. But, guess what? We’re all in the workplace together. It can make for some interesting workplace wackiness. Learn how to enjoy and embrace each other’s attributes.

You will no longer question how to conquer customer service complaints. Listen. Empathize. Apologize. Problem. Solved. We all need to practice leaping. This session will be a springboard to better relationships - both professionally and personally.
