Dr. Yashima White AziLove embodies the term, “multi-faceted.” She is a print and television journalist turned award-winning brand communication strategist and sought after internationally traveled speaker, media personality and consultant. She has mastered the insurance, healthcare, financial services, banking and entertainment industries throughout her over 20-year corporate career. Her diversified background and robust marketing communication skill set catapulted her to a Chief Marketing Communications Officer position by the age of 31; managing budgets in excess of $500M; and building Magnate Consulting, LLC, a personal and professional development firm by the age of 35 with leading global corporate brands and cultural influencers.  

Dr. Yashima’s gifts, charisma, and diversified skillset has taken her across the globe before live and virtual audiences as large as 30,000 and broadcast audiences reaching 3M. Her poise, articulation and likeability led her to the host seat on a public affairs show on MAJIC 102.3 FM and PRAISE 104.1 FM in Washington, DC. Dr. Yashima has been recognized as a leader amongst her peers. She’s been named twice by Radio Ink as one the “Most Influential Women in Radio.” Courageous Women Magazine named her as one of the “Top 25 Women in Business in 2019.” The National Association of Professional Women named her “The Woman of the Year,” and The Philadelphia Tribune listed her as one of the, “Most Influential Black Philadelphians.” She has been quoted by the NY Times and Washington Post, and interviewed by countless media outlets on the topics of communication style, diversity, equity and inclusion, faith in the workplace, leadership, personal branding, and purpose. She is also an Amazon best-selling author of “The Making of a Successful Business Woman.”

Dr. Yashima is a University of Pennsylvania graduate, having earned a dual degree from the Annenberg School of Communications and the Wharton School of Business. She holds a Doctor of Divinity with a concentration in Leadership and Organizational Development. She is a Certified Professional Coach, Certified Meeting Planner, and a Certified Mediator. She also earned a Cornell University Certification in Diversity and Inclusion. She is the founder of the TRIP Network, a global community of unapologetic women of faith who seek advancement in their careers, businesses and lives. Active in a host of civic, professional and community groups, Dr. Yashima is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Despite all of her accomplishments, she names her greatest honor and achievement is found in being a loving wife to Emmanuel and the proud mother of son, Malachi.
