Stevie's Books...

Three Big Words: Engaged Employees, Loyal Customers

This book is for organizations wanting to infuse new life into their company culture. In a program that has been used by major organizations across the country, Stevie takes your company from A to Z so you can engage employees and create loyal customers.

The Calm Before the Brainstorm

Most brainstorm sessions produce, at best, average results at best and, at worst, stress and frustration. This is because most facilitators of idea sessions don’t know exactly how the brain works when it comes to creative problem solving. In this fun and engaging book, Stevie describes the eight steps to creative idea generation. You also learn steps any leader can take to keep the process fun, as well as productive.

Working the Room: Networking for Professionals

No matter how much the internet has taken over communication, over 90% of all business is still won, or lost, from face-to-face interactions. In Working the Room, Stevie shares insight into what causes people to connect to you and your message. Warning: be prepared to have a lot of old assumptions about networking challenged.

Quick Thinking for Any Situation

A great how-to guide to keep your brain in top shape to handle on-the-spot situations. Filled with hands-on exercises that can be practiced alone, or with a group. If you have ever thought of the perfect response, but it was on the drive home, this book is for you.

Stress: Riding the Wave or Fighting the Current

One of the greatest drains on any individual, and any organization, is chronic stress. People might know when they feel stressed, but they rarely know exactly what causes it, or how to get right of it. Combining fascinating new research in neuroscience and psychology with time-tested techniques, Stevie Ray gives you effective steps to take to keep stress and bay and live a happier life (unless you have teenagers, then you are on your own).

The Roadmap to Influence

Every person, in every position, in every organization owes their success to their ability to influence others. The problem is, most people are not trained in the art of influence. In his newest book, Stevie Ray teaches you the three steps to influence a positive outcome to even the most difficult situation.

Speaking in Public Without Sweating in Private

The one skill that separates successful business leaders from the rest is the ability to speak to a group. Client pitches, company meetings, or conference presentations all show who truly owns the stage. Stevie Ray teaches the techniques needed to be a star on the stage by helping you learn what to say, and how to say it.
