As a Communication Specialist, Sonia has helped thousands of people to overcome their fears of speaking and communicate their message with meaning and impact.

She discovered her dream job in college as a way to overcome her debilitative communication apprehension when realized the cost of not speaking her truth had on her relationship with herself and others. 

Sonia graduated from San Francisco State University earning a Masters Degree in Speech Communication and authoring a university textbook.
