NICK GATTO - BIOGRAPHY

If you are looking for a servant leader with an incredible backstory you’ve come to the right place. The words “I can’t” are not in the vocabulary of Nick Gatto. 

Born with only one arm, Nick was forced to turn what many would call a handicap into an unforeseen opportunity.

Nick grew up playing sports and as a young man learned how to adapt. He was constantly faced with the naysayers and pitched to overcome the many stigmas that were thrown his way. At the age of 7, Nick developed a severe stuttering issue that he struggled with for most of his life. 

As a kid he loved kicking a football and as he grew up he was blessed with the opportunity to play football at both the collegiate and professional level. He was also given the incredible opportunity to play professionally for 14 years and in the process share his story of perseverance and strength. 

In every city he played in, the news media and local papers wanted to know how he overcame obstacles, adversity, and what motivated him to keep going. Nick has been featured in many local and national publications and TV shows such as USA Today, FOX SPORTS LIVE, and ESPN. 

Nick resides in Houston, Texas with his family and mentors athletes and coaches on attitude, self- improvement, motivation, and purpose
