Michelle helps executives reach their highest potential by building deeper, more meaningful relationships —based on two decades of leadership in financial services, tech entrepreneurship and yoga philosophy. Creative innovation with purpose and meaningful human connection is where she thrives. The eldest daughter of an immigrant Latino family, Michelle has experienced a lot of firsts navigating Silicon Valley’s tech industry, banking and modern day mindfulness. 

Michelle's background in advising leadership within banking and capital markets, startups, and venture capital gives her a unique perspective that she brings to her current role as an advisor and creative program facilitator. Before becoming a consultant at Deloitte, she took the leap to co-found a seed stage startup, where she led the charge in developing cutting-edge banking infrastructure for fintechs and pursuing a national charter license. Michelle wore many hats here at various stages from Chief Product Officer to CFO and Head of Business Development.

Michelle's background in product management and user empathy allows her to naturally understand the needs of rapidly growing businesses, and she excels at delivering tailored client experiences that drive results.
