Dr. Michael de Vihil is a Motivational Speaker, Clinical Psychologist, Certified Executive Coach, and Global Leadership Development Thought Leader. Michael is a resilient and multi-faceted renaissance man with skills ranging from compositing original piano scores to helping C-suite global leaders become even better leaders in their industries. He is a connector who engages and inspires audiences worldwide to become more congruent to their true selves, align to their greatest potential, and allow themselves to explore with vision, understanding, clarity, and agility.

Both his M.A. and Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology are from the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco, CA, where he was on the President’s Search Committee Panel as well as a recipient of the Diversity Scholarship Award. His B.S. in both Marketing and International Business is from New York University’s Stern School of Business where he participated in a Study Abroad in Japan resulting in a Certificate in Japanese Business Management. He has lived in Sweden and France where he was teaching autistic children.
