LISA JOHNSON - BIOGRAPHY

Lisa Johnson is an enthusiastic leadership development speaker , coach, and author who is committed to the message that bringing humanity and consistency to daily employee interactions is key to improved productivity and legal risk reduction for organizations.


She has over 25 years of experience in human resources including project management work for Toyota Motor Manufacturing Kentucky. She has trained more than 3000 leaders with insights that have been successfully applied in over 15 countries.


Lisa possesses a BBA in Personnel/Industrial Relations from the University of Kentucky and an MBA from Lewis University where she is an adjunct faculty member. She is a Society of Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional. (SHRM-SCP) and 2021 Past President for the Louisville Chapter.


She is a member of the National Speakers Association and a contributing author to Imagination@Work, a collection of insights from industry leaders about the shifting boundaries in the modern workplace.


Lisa serves as a board member for Town & Country Bank and Trust Co., Catholic Charities of Louisville and the Bardstown Foundation for Excellence in Public Education.
