JENNIFER CHARLTON

As a former Miss Maryland with the Miss America, Jennifer has dedicated her life to developing excellence and success for herself and others through visionary leadership.  She has coached and mentored thousands of people in transformational principles that yield success personally, professionally and organizationally.  Empowering individuals and businesses to achieve results in a highly competitive marketplace is her passion. Helping others achieve peace and stability on the road to success is at the heart of her work.

Jennifer’s marketing and communications experience ranges from entertainment industry sales and marketing through effective cross promotional strategies, to fashion and nonprofit management.  As a clothing designer and image consultant, she worked with Tom James custom clothing company and Worth Collection, before launching her own LushStyle Collections custom clothing and image consulting business.  In 2012, she entered nonprofit management as Executive Director of Mission of Mercy MD/PA, a healthcare provider, transforming the organization’s operations, reputation and financial sustainability.

Currently she hosts Success Happens! Radio Show with Jen Charlton.  Jennifer interviews dynamic leaders from the private and public sectors about success, failure, and what it takes to succeed.  “Show airs live Saturday mornings from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. on WFMD (930AM) with call-ins welcome.”
