Biography

Mr. Thomas Wm. Gille, CPM®, RPA, has over 20 years of experience in real estate management and consulting services. In 1996, he formed Real Estate Analysis and Learning Systems. As principal of REAL Systems, Mr. Gille works with numerous management and service firms in the design and implementation of their training and performance improvement programs. As a noted trainer, he has lectured on management and operations throughout the United States for various clients as well as industry organizations such as IFMA, BOMA, IREM, ULI, NAIOP and NACORE. Mr Gille is a member of the Northern California Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development. He holds the Institute of Real Estate Management's CERTIFIED PROPERTY MANAGER designation, and has served as president of the San Francisco Bay Area IREM chapter. He is a member and past director of the San Francisco Association of Realtors. He also holds the REAL PROPERTY ADMINISTRATOR designation of the Building Owners and Managers Institute International (BOMI), and is a past member of their board of directors. He currently serves as immediate past-president of the Building Owners and Managers Association-San Francisco.

Mr. Gille has served for many years as an instructor at local colleges and universities in the San Francisco Bay area. His academic activities also include writing numerous articles on the subject of property management and performance improvement. Mr. Gille received a B.A. and M.A. in political science from San Francisco State University. His graduate study was in the field of constitutional law.
