Brief bio

Prior to Competitive Edge, Dr. Kessler was Strategic Sales and Marketing Manager for Fluor Daniel and led their jump from 23 percent success rate in sales to 76 percent. As a result they became the “Most Admired Engineering and Construction company” in Fortune for seven years running. She also worked with Microsoft in their epic turnaround with Lotus and WordPerfect. Her experience covers in-depth customer/employee research for Fortune 500 companies, strategic planning, metrics, employee recognition and celebration. She has done keynotes &trained in 57 countries.
