Bruce is president of the Enspiron Company, based in Brentwood, TN. He studied voice and received a bachelor’s degree in Business before moving to California to sing with the Los Angeles Master Chorale and ultimately Disneyland. Walt Disney World asked Bruce to move to Florida to perform and lead several performing groups before he was asked to create a new position to oversee and improve Service Excellence for the Disney theme parks. In 1990 he moved to Fort Worth, TX and received a master’s degree in Communications from Southwestern Baptist Seminary. He also taught the courses “Service Excellence” at Texas Christian University and “Business Ethics” at Dallas Baptist University.

He has applied the skills he learned and taught at Disney to work with over 100 hospitals, CompUSA, Chrysler, airlines, airports, hotels, banks, Kroger and the National Parks. He recently finished his first book, One Minute Service: Keys to Providing Great Service Like Disney World based on his 10 years with Disney World and the state of Tennessee is now using the principles from the book as the model of customer service for all 44,000 state employees. While at Southwestern Seminary, he received permission to write a thesis; “Quality Service: A Christian Perspective” and is turning that book and his experiences into the new book, “Service By The Book” – how we differentiate “Christian customer service” from that of the world.
