Homerun Leadership: Your Guide to Better, Faster Team Decisions

This book is for new leaders. And in today’s world, we’re all new leaders. The shift from employee to manager, from manager to executive, from teacher to administrator, from staff member to pastor, from adult to parent, from single to couple, are incredibly challenging.

As a leader, moving your team from point A to point B can feel overwhelming. But the path of good leadership, sound decision-making, and real change is predictable—and attainable.

Pause for a moment and envision your next leadership meeting. How would you feel if you knew—ahead of time—the questions your team would ask? Or if—before you sit down to meet with your team—you could easily identify the steps you need to complete to be fully prepared?

Homerun Leadership gave me that gift.

With the average tenure of superintendents in America being just a few years, I credit the process in this book for helping me successfully complete a dozen years as a high school principal and a dozen more as a superintendent of schools.

Homerun Leadership gives me the answers ahead of time and will for you, too.
