Dave helps leaders achieve the extraordinary by elevating their focus and aligning their teams.


Someone once told Dave that his delivery style was “the perfect mix between Simon Sinek and Gary Vaynerchuk” (which is probably the greatest thing anyone has said to him.) 


Dave is the author of The Self-Evolved Leader and a sought after keynote speaker, leadership trainer and growth advisor. 

He is probably most proud of the fact that his work has been endorsed by some of the world's foremost leadership experts including Marshall Goldsmith, Michael Bungay Stanier and Nancy Duarte.

Dave has had the honor of speaking at countless events including at the Inc. 5000 and Growco conferences, at Bank of America, for the British Government, Entrepreneur's Organization, Bamboo HR, and Foodbuy. 


Over the years Dave has worked with incredible leaders at organizations like Spectrum Health, Renewal by Andersen, Akamai, Salesforce, Fedex, Google, the New York Stock Exchange and many smaller, fast-growing organizations.


Dave hosts an irregularly scheduled podcast 'Lead Like you Give a Damn' and writes a column for Inc.Com.


He grew up in Belfast, from Northern Ireland and after circumnavigating the globe a couple of times, Dave traded in the rain for the sunshine of Southern California where he now lives with his wonderful wife, Paris.
