Christy has been an entrepreneur for the past 3 years as the founder of Magnetic Cultures LLC. She has over 25+ years of experience in the corporate setting, with nearly 20 years in healthcare staffing specifically. Most of her work focuses on leadership, people operations & workplace culture.
- 9 years as an Executive Chief People Officer (CPO) overseeing numerous People Operations functions.
- 18 years serving in leadership roles ranging from team lead to front-line manager, Senior Director, to C-Suite.
- 16 years combined experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruiting.
- 12 years trailblazing Employee Engagement and Experience efforts, 9 years of which supported hybrid, remote, and in-person formats.
- 15 years dedicated to crafting and scaling a strong culture for all to have a voice, feel included, valued and thrive!
Today through Magnetic Cultures, she partners with business leaders to create custom, magnetic cultures so they can attract and retain rockstar talent that performs!
