brenda swartz - BIOGRAPHY

With years of experience in Family Readiness in the US Army along with her creative abilities and knowledge of business administration, public speaking and training both military and civilians, Brenda started a non-profit to provide hope for the families of our heroes. This includes Chaplain led programs and creative solutions to restore the family unit, providing counseling and workforce solutions that impact today’s leaders.

Using this same skill within business and ministry allows me to develop whole teams that will enhance, redesign, and grow them into current cultural conditions. As an energetic and knowledgeable speaker and trainer, just lecturing is not my style. I engage the audience, giving them tools to take with them to implement into their life, business or ministry immediately. My ability to adapt to any audience, big or small along with my knowledge of people, leadership, military life, law enforcement life, crisis & trauma situations, and identity has made me a sought-out speaker, trainer and consultant for over 30+ years.
