BOBBY JONES is a top-selling author, renowned international speaker, an expert on conscious capitalism, and a successful businessman who is on an inspiring mission to show individuals and companies worldwide how to be forces for good.

Since the release of his best-selling book Good is the New Cool in 2016, Bobby has helped people in over 138 counties to develop solutions to global challenges. His clients include Mondelez, Audi, Microsoft, Unilever, Alicorp, and Diageo. The tools he provides help these entities unlock their purpose—and grow their businesses and brands—by being of service to others.

With over a decade of senior leadership experience in purpose-driven marketing, Bobby has developed and executed award-winning campaigns and strategies for Ford, MTV, Adidas, and Coca-Cola. Previously, Bobby led Octagon's Access group as VP, the nation's preeminent team for global brands looking to reach multicultural and millennial consumers effectively. He was also Co-Founder & MD of Alloy Access, a results-driven agency for global businesses and brands looking to understand purpose-driven marketing to millennials. As the CMO at a leading non-profit, Peace First, Bobby was instrumental in creating a new social norm where millions of young people are prepared, empowered, and committed to collaboratively solving the world's biggest challenges with courage and compassion.
