This talk identifies the dichotomies of positional leadership and the value that servant leadership provides to any organization. One of the foundations of leadership is influence. We will cover the variances of values based influence and how it can redirect the trajectory of the organization and the people within. The development of leaders can have a dynamic change on the outcome of the environment of staff. There is a direct correlation between leadership development and employee retention. I will be able to identify growth gaps and provide individual application steps for all attendee's.
