My name is Annie Paraison and I am a Haitian Native. In 2000, my time in Haiti ended and I migrated to New York City until Vanderbilt University came calling. I then started on a journey that would lead me to a series of opportunities fueling a passion for empowering others by teaching them how to connect their innate power to resources facilitating the manifestation of the life they want. Professionally I have been a teacher, an instructional coach, an education coach, an executive director, a freedom advocate, and a consultant. Each chapter offered a set of skills that I now use to shift the temperament of the world.

With deep faith and strong hope, I aim to encourage the world to choose freedom and increase the world’s capacity for compassion. A more loving and compassionate world is not one without struggle; a more loving and compassionate world is not one that is rosy; it is a world where the well-being of humans is the standard and we empower each other to take charge of our healing and strengthen our empathy to support our interconnectedness.
